Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and body products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item if possible.


Unused Items

Unused, unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • in resellable condition

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Handmade Products

As our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. These natural differences do not qualify as faults.


Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please read ingredient lists carefully before purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities to natural ingredients unless the product is faulty.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before use.
